Having spent two seasons at Everton, Allan has departed to earn money in the United Arab Emirates. The club Al Wahda has officially announced the acquisition of the 31-year-old midfielder. Allan played 52 matches in the Premier League over two years, during which he made 2 assists. In 2020, the Brazilian joined Everton due to Carlo Ancelotti, who left for Real Madrid a year later. Everton no longer saw Allan in their plans as they strengthened their midfield with three new players this summer: James Garner, Idrissa Gana Gueye, and Amadou Onana.
