London coach Andre Villas Boas would like to acquire up to three famous footballers during the winter transfer window.

According to "The Times", in the sights of the Portuguese coach are "Napoli" leader Edinson Cavani, "Porto" defender Joao Moutinho, and Borussia Dortmund's attacking midfielder Mario Gotze.

Cavani has been interested in moving to another English team, "Man City," for some time, but negotiations were not successful this summer. Therefore, "Chelsea" will now enter the battle, looking for a striker who regularly scores goals. The Uruguayan forward falls into this category, as he scored 26 goals last season in the Italian league, and has already scored eleven times in nineteen matches this season.

The possibility of the deal is increased by the fact that "Napoli" recently agreed to sign Chilean forward Eduardo Vargas.

Meanwhile, Moutinho, who plays for "Porto," is familiar with Villas Boas, with whom he worked last season and won the UEFA Europa League. The 25-year-old player's contract includes a release clause of 30 million euros, which the English team is willing to pay.

Gotze is the last on this list. The 19-year-old "Borussia" midfielder is called the German Lionel Messi by some specialists, as he has already scored five goals in 14 matches in the German league.

The player, who is coveted by top clubs like Real Madrid and Arsenal, is valued at over 35 million euros in the market.
