Angry at racism scandals, A. Pardew leaves a Bulgarian mark © JumpStory

Known English coach Alan Pardew has decided to leave Sofia's CSKA club. The 60-year-old specialist, who also held the position of team's technical director, was shocked by the behavior of his team's fans and the racism scandal that ensued. Last month, CSKA lost the country's cup final to their rival "Sofia," and angry fans were not willing to forgive their beloved players. When the Sofia team arrived to play a local championship match against "Botev," the fans outside the stadium attacked the footballers, especially targeting four black athletes, whom they not only insulted but also pelted with bananas. Shocked, A. Pardew decided to abandon his intentions to work at CSKA next season and wrote a resignation letter.
