„Barcelona“ team failed to meet the huge sum for Milan's „Inter“ forward Lautaro Martinez. On July 7, the clause in the Argentine's contract allowing him to be bought for 111 million euros expired, but the Catalans managed to gather only half of the amount. As „Sport“ writes, „Barcelona“ offered the „Serie A“ team 65 million euros, even though the Italians were willing to make concessions. „Inter“ asked for 85 million euros and to include defender Junior Firpo in the deal. However, even this option is currently unfeasible for the „La Liga“ leaders.
