In the Champions League - another impressive start to the quarter-finals. London's "Arsenal" played a draw at home with Munich's "Bayern" - 2:2.
The "Gunners" started the match strongly. In the 12th minute, Bukayo Saka put them ahead with a precise shot that beat Manuel Neuer.
A crucial episode unfolded in the 18th minute as the hosts trusted their defense. William Saliba and Jakub Kiwior made mistakes in defense, allowing "Bayern" players to exploit the situation and cut through the opponent's defense. Serge Gnabry found himself in the attacking position and scored a goal against his former team.
In the 32nd minute, Harry Kane led the Munich team ahead from the penalty spot.
In the second half, "Arsenal" made a great effort to equalize. After a solo run, Gabriel Jesus passed the ball to Leandro Trossard, who scored the final goal of the match.
