The club's president Gultekin Ganceris stated that he has almost reached an agreement for Andrea Pirlo, who belongs to the "New York City" club, to join his team.
After the end of the MLS championship, rumors haven't stopped circulating that in order to better prepare for the 2016 European championship, Pirlo could temporarily return to Europe to play. Although it was said that he was particularly interested in the team "Inter", the Turkish team could lure the Italian with a sum of two million euros, which he would receive for just eight matches.
"We have spoken with his agent and we don't see any reason why he should refuse our offer. We have his approval for this transfer," said Ganceris.
At the same time, "Antalyaspor" continues trying to attract Ronaldinho, a former teammate of Pirlo. The Brazilian is a free agent after leaving the "Fluminense" team.
"Meetings with him continue. We have the opportunity to bring him to our club and see the player wearing our team's jersey," said the team's president when asked about the 35-year-old Brazilian.
