The leaders of the "Anzhi" club in Makhachkala have fired head coach Gadzhi Gadzhiyev and appointed Roberto Carlos to lead the team.
However, the famous Brazilian defender, who has not yet finished his career and still represents the Russian team, will only assist Andrei Gordeyev, who will temporarily be the head coach.
"Anzhi" team surprised the football world last month by acquiring Cameroonian Samuel Eto'o. Their ambitions don't end there: now the club has its sights set on the brightest stars of the English Premier League, including Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard, and Carlos Tevez.
