Andrea Pirlo, the midfielder of Juventus, believes that it would be unwise for Chelsea to let Frank Lampard leave, but if it happens, Italy will welcome him in the champions team.
The contract of the 34-year-old England national team member with the "Blues" team expires in the upcoming summer, so it is almost certain that Lampard will leave the London club after the season.
"Chelsea would make a mistake if they allowed Lampard to leave," said Pirlo. "He is still one of the best in the world."
"He can maintain such good form for at least another four years. If Frank wants to play in Italy, I will be waiting for his arrival in Turin," confirmed the former Milan player.
