Bayern Munich's forward Arjen Robben is happy that he decided to make a career change at the right time.
At the beginning of the 2009/10 season, the Dutchman left Real Madrid and moved to the team of the multiple German champions.
Robben was overshadowed by the star newcomers Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka in the Spanish giants.
"I arrived at Bayern when I was 25 years old. It's the best decision of my career.
We play very well and in recent seasons we have won many trophies. I am proud to be a part of it," Robben said.
During the interview, the footballer revealed his idol and future plans.
"In my childhood, I looked up to Romario from Brazil, who defended the colors of PSV," said Robben.
"I haven't decided yet on my future plans. There are several possibilities: maybe I will become a coach, or maybe I will take a completely different path. However, for now, I am only thinking about playing."
Robben's contract with Bayern is valid until 2017.
