Bayern Munich's forward Arjen Robben scored the first goal for the team in the Champions League round of 16 match against Arsenal, when he brilliantly defeated D.Ospina with a fantastic shot.
The match ended with a German victory of 5:1 and after the game, the Dutchman stated that their goal was to dismantle Arsene Wenger's protégés.
"In this match, our playing style somewhat resembled a friendly game. We didn't play perfectly. The opponents gave us a lot of space and we tried to showcase attacking football," said the Dutchman.
"I can correctly say that there are still 90 minutes of battle ahead, but it's already everything. We told each other that we need to finish off the opponents now.
We started the match very solidly, when the situation became "do or die." The team showed its character."
