The leader of the Aglė Championship, London's team, secured a stunning 5-0 victory against crisis-stricken and survival-fighting "Leeds United" footballers. In this match, the star of the London club scored four goals.

The "Gunners" first goal was scored already in the 6th minute after a brilliant pass from Dennis Bergkamp to Robert Pires.

After this goal, "Leeds" did not even think of giving up and started pressing the opponents, but "Arsenal" only doubled the lead - in the 27th minute Gilberto Silva passed the ball to Thierry Henry, who only had to send the ball into the net.

"Leeds" situation worsened in the 33rd minute when Thierry Henry punished the opponents with an 11-meter penalty and increased the lead to 3-0.

At the beginning of the second half, "Arsenal" continued to attack. Gilberto passed the ball perfectly to Thierry Henry near the midfield line, and he bypassed Paul Robinson to increase his tally with another goal.

Immediately after that, Wiltord had a chance to increase the lead to 5-0, but the shot was inaccurate. Still, Henry thought 4-0 was enough. Receiving a pass near the center, he bypassed three "Leeds" defenders and sent the ball past a troubled Robinson into the net.

With a secure result, "Arsenal" coach Arsene Wenger made several tactical changes: Gilberto to Edu, as well as Pires and Bergkamp to Jose Reyes and Ray Parlour.

Towards the end, several "Arsenal" players could have increased the lead, but the match ended 5-0.
