On Sunday, the penultimate round of matches of the English Premier League's 32nd round took place.
London's Arsenal hosted Stoke City at home. Facing serious difficulties in the first part of the match, the Gunners broke through at the end and achieved a victory with a score of 3-0.
The first goal of the match was scored in the 75th minute. Mesut Ozil was illegally stopped in the penalty area by Bruno Martins Indi. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang stood up 11 meters away - the African's foot was steady and the hosts gained an advantage.
After the missed goal, Stoke completely fell asleep, and Arsenal secured the victory in the 86th minute - after a corner, P. Aubameyang added a second goal to his account.
However, the match did not end there: three minutes later, another penalty kick was awarded to the "Potters." The African who had a double did not aim for a hat-trick - the second penalty kick was converted by Alexandre Lacazette, who returned after an injury.
Arsenal approached fifth-placed Chelsea by 5 points after the victory, while Stoke remains in the penultimate position with 27 points.
