On Saturday evening, the seventh match of the 26th round of the English Premier League took place.
In London, "Arsenal" clashed with Liverpool's "Everton" team at home. The "Gunners" had an impressive performance in the match - they scored four goals in the first half, and their debutant in England, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, also found the back of the net.
Arsene Wenger's team started the match very successfully - the first goal was scored in the 6th minute. After a well-organized attack in the offense, the "gunners" surged forward after Aaron Ramsey's goal, and the attacking trio of Ozil, Aubameyang, and Mkhitaryan contributed to that goal.
Another goal was not long in coming - after a set piece, Laurent Koscielny scored with his head. Soon after, "Everton" had to pull another ball out of their net - once again, the same A. Ramsey found the target.
Finally, in the 37th minute, the "Emirates" stadium witnessed what it had been waiting for - a goal by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who was making his debut for the "Gunners." The striker, who received a great pass from the Armenian, skillfully chipped the ball over the goalkeeper into the net.
In the second half, "Arsenal" no longer displayed the tempo of the first half, while "Everton" took advantage of the freedom provided by their opponents. In the 64th minute, after a substitution, Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored a header goal.
But the match did not end there - in the 74th minute, the "Arsenal" team delighted the fans with their fifth goal. After receiving another pass from H. Mkhitaryan, A. Ramsey sent a precise shot into the opponent's net and scored a hat-trick for the first time in his career.
"Arsenal" remains in 6th place with 45 points, but after the victory, they have temporarily reduced the gap from "Tottenham" to 3 points. "Everton" is in the middle of the table - in 10th place.
