Declan Rice could soon know his next career destination.
Jacob Steinberg from "Guardian" announces that "Arsenal" is close to reaching an agreement with "West Ham United" for the acquisition of a central midfielder.
The deal amount could exceed up to 100 million pounds sterling, including bonuses.
