The future of Germany national team star Toni Kroos at Madrid's "Real" club is becoming uncertain.
As reported by the Spanish newspaper "AS," the "Whites" are interested in the possibility of attracting a true defensive midfielder to the team in the summer. The main candidate is N'Golo Kante, who has shone at Leicester City.
T. Kroos played in the center and attacking midfielder positions at Bayern Munich, but in Madrid, Carlo Ancelotti placed him in the defensive midfielder position. The German has so far failed to shine in this position, so "Real" has started considering a sale.
The services of the 26-year-old footballer are being eyed by "Manchester United" and London's "Chelsea," but the German admirer Arsene Wenger has also joined the fray, expressing interest in seeing Kroos at London's "Arsenal" club.
"Real" acquired Toni Kroos from Bayern for about 25 million euros in the summer of 2014.
