Former London "Arsenal" defender Ray Parlour believes that London "Tottenham" forward Harry Kane would be an ideal replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic at "Manchester United."
In recent media reports, rumors have started to spread that Jose Mourinho will chase after the 23-year-old sniper in the summer. Z. Ibrahimovic has a one-year contract with the "Red Devils," but there are plans for an additional season.
The former England national team player has no doubt that "Man Utd" is closely monitoring H. Kane's situation in the "Tottenham" team, as he would be a great reinforcement for the Manchester squad.
"I have no doubt that Manchester United is looking at him," Parlour said in an interview with talkSPORT. "Man Utd now thinks: 'Everything is great, we have Ibrahimovic, but at this moment - we need a new forward for the future.'
"He could be a great purchase for the Manchester United team," added the retired footballer who ended his career in 2007.
Due to injury, H. Kane cannot boast impressive statistical numbers this season - scoring three goals in seven matches.
