With less than 30 hours left until the transfer window closes, London's "Arsenal" turned to their city neighbors for the acquisition of a central midfielder.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that "Arsenal" is considering trying to acquire Chelsea's central midfielder Jorginho.
Jorginho's contract expires next summer, but the "Gunners" would like to receive a hefty sum if they have to sell the player, adds F. Romano.
This is "Arsenal's" plan B, as plan A for Moises Caicedo is likely to remain with Brighton.
In the 2020-21 season, Jorginho was named UEFA Player of the Year.
