"Arsenal" sets out to improve the record for the shortest flight to a match

London's "Arsenal" club seriously outraged environmentalists. One of the leaders of the Premier League, will fly by plane to the 14th round match against Norwich on Sunday. The distance between London and Norwich is only 158 km, driving by car - about 190 km.

Instead of about two hours of travel by bus or train, the "Arsenal" club decided to fly by plane. The flight will last only 14 minutes.

"When we made the decision to fly, road works were planned - sometimes entering Norwich can be difficult. We don't fly often, usually we travel by bus or train, but now we made an exception," explained coach Arsene Wenger.

Many "Arsenal" fans on social media condemned the club for such disregard for the environment and waste of money.

By the way, this season, similar criticism was also heard by the management of Tottenham Hotspur club, when they also flew by plane to the match against Bournemouth. That flight lasted 20 minutes.
