"Arsenal" tragedy continues: lost to "Brighton" away (VIDEO)

On Sunday at 3:30 p.m. Lithuanian time, the 29th round match of the English Premier League took place.

"Brighton" hosted the London "Arsenal" football players who are in a deep hole. The "Gunners" are not accidentally showing poor form - "Brighton" scored two goals at the beginning of the first half and celebrated a victory with a score of 2-1.

In the 7th minute, "Brighton" took the lead when Lewis Dunk beat Petr Cech.

However, the problems for the "Gunners" did not end there, and in the 26th minute, for the second time in these matches, the "Arsenal" goalkeeper had to pull the ball out of the net - after a great pass, Glenn Murray was left completely unguarded in the penalty area and increased the lead to two goals.

Even after two goals, "Brighton" attacked just as dangerously, while their opponents from North London struggled to create attacks. Nevertheless, as the half approached the end, "Arsenal" began to press their opponents and soon scored a goal.

In the 43rd minute, after a strong pass from Granit Xhaka, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang sent the ball to the hosts' goal somewhat accidentally. "Arsenal" could have gone into halftime with an equal score, but Laurent Koscielny's shot did not hit the target - the ball hit the crossbar.

In the second half, "Arsenal" did not experience an easy walk either - the opponents defended confidently and created dangerous situations near Petr Cech's goal.

In the remaining time, "Arsenal" could not save themselves and had to accept their third consecutive defeat. In total, Arsene Wenger's protégés experience failure for the fourth time in the last five matches.

Arsenal remains in a difficult position, but practically no longer has a chance to fight for the top four. "Brighton" rose to the 10th position after the victory.
