As reported by the website "Goal" and French journalists, the "Gunners" have reached an agreement to acquire "Saint-Etienne" defender William Saliba.
It is reported that the 18-year-old Frenchman will cost the Premier League club £26.5 million.
W.Saliba was also sought after by Tottenham, but it was Arsenal who ultimately beat their competitors.
In his debut 2018/19 season in Ligue 1, the defender played 16 matches.
