However, London's "Chelsea" does not agree with the proposed 27 million euros for the player who has not been getting much playing time in the team and wants 30 million.
Having played nearly fifty matches for his national team, A.Schurrle has previously represented the "Mainz 05" and Leverkusen's "Bayer" clubs.
This season, the 24-year-old footballer has scored 3 goals in 14 "Premier" league matches.
