Raheem Sterling is looking for new homes before the transfer window closes.
According to The Times journalist Gary Jacobson, Aston Villa has started negotiations with Chelsea for the acquisition of R. Sterling.
However, it is likely that the Birmingham club could only afford a loan, paying R. Sterling a lower salary than he currently has – nearly £300,000 per week.
Arsenal is also showing some interest in the forward.
By the way, R. Sterling's number 7 shirt at Chelsea has officially been taken away. It was given to the team's new signing Pedro Neto.
