During added time, Bayern's Javi Martinez committed a foul in the penalty area and was shown a second yellow card and sent off the field.

In the other matches, Borussia Dortmund easily won at home, defeating Dusseldorf 5-0.
Marco Reus scored the only goal of the first half in the 42nd minute.
After the break, BVB scored five more goals: Hazard in the 58th minute, Sancho in the 63rd minute, Reus with his second goal in the 69th minute, and Sancho with a brace in the 74th minute.
