On Sunday, four matches of the 20th round were played in the "La Liga" championship in Spain.
The first match took place in Seville, where "Real Betis" hosted the footballers of "Girona". After a productive and dramatic battle, the hosts triumphed with a score of 3:2.
Cristian Tello gave the Andalusians the lead in the 12th minute, but "Girona" turned the score around before the end of the first half and took the lead.
However, in the second half, "Real Betis" showed true character - Loren equalized in the 54th minute, and Sergio Canales scored a winning goal from the penalty spot in extra time.
"Real Betis" returned to the seventh position after the victory. "Girona" is in the middle of the tournament table.
In the later match, "Villarreal" and Bilbao "Athletic" fought for valuable points. Neither team could celebrate victory - the match ended in a 1:1 draw.
The remaining matches ended with "Levante" defeating "Real Valladolid" and "Real Sociedad" drawing with "Rayo Vallecano".
