The leaders of the Spanish "La Liga" championship, Madrid's "Atletico" football players, secured another victory on Saturday. Diego Simeone's pupils at home managed to defeat "Valencia" with a score of 3:1. It was actually the guests who scored first in this match - in the 11th minute, Uroš Račičius directed the ball into the net. "Atletico" equalized the score in the 23rd minute, when Joao Felix scored. In the 54th minute, Luis Suarez, who has been in great form this season, put the Madrid team ahead. The leaders of "La Liga" solidified their victory in the 72nd minute after a substitute, Angel Correa, stepped onto the field. "Atletico" now has a seven-point advantage over Madrid's "Real" with one game in hand after this victory.
