On Saturday evening, the central Spain's La Liga championship 10th round match took place. Madrid's Atletico defeated Barcelona at home with a minimal result of 1:0. The only goal of the match was scored during the added time of the first half, when Yannick Carrasco outwitted Barcelona's goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen, almost reaching the middle of the field, and sent the ball into the empty net. Barcelona couldn't equalize in the second half and currently sits in 10th place in the league table with 11 points. Atletico now shares the same number of points with league leaders Real Sociedad, but the Madrid club has played one less match.
