In the football tournament of the 2024 Olympic Games, there will most likely not be another famous name.
"RMC Sport" reports that the Madrid "Atletico" team decided to ban their forward Antoine Griezmann from participating in the championship taking place from July 24 to August 10.
This means that the French national team will have to look for other candidates to compete in the attacking line, as reports have been circulating in recent weeks that the future team of Kylian Mbappe, Real Madrid, also would not want to see their newcomer in the prestigious event.
In the Olympic football tournament, sixteen U-23 men's teams will compete, but each team can also include three older players.
