London's "Arsenal" club strategist Arsene Wenger denies that the team is interested in "Milan" striker Mario Balotelli.
For some time now, the Italian has been linked with the "Gunners," and the player himself recently stated that his future will be decided after the World Cup.
However, the 64-year-old strategist claims that rumors linking M. Balotelli with the "Arsenal" club are baseless.
"We cannot believe everything written on the internet or in newspapers. Sometimes rumors are spread by agents or made up by the press. In this case, they are not true," insisted A. Wenger.
Nevertheless, the "Arsenal" club continues to search for a striker who can play alongside Olivier Giroud or replace him. According to reports, in the sights of the "Gunners" is Alexis Sanchez, who currently plays for "Barcelona."
