"Arsenal" coach Arsene Wenger has stated that money is not the decisive factor when looking for potential new players, as he has already set four criteria for them.
“The first is talent, the second is age, the third is how much he can benefit the team, and the fourth is the resale value.
If he meets all four - the price will not matter.
But we still need to find such a footballer,” Wenger said.
It is said that the London club would most like to strengthen its attacking line.
