Arsene Wenger was angered by the recent high-profile mistakes made by referees in the Champions League quarterfinal stage.
At the same time, the Frenchman, who is currently coaching Arsenal, joyfully welcomed the news that the video review system is planned to be tested in the next season's FA Cup tournament.
"I think if UEFA does not introduce such innovation in the next five years, both television and the fans themselves will be able to take legal action against this organization. The reason is simple - refusing to improve for valid reasons," the coach insisted.
"Fans and television companies pay large sums of money, but UEFA ruins the whole thing because viewers are not guaranteed a maximally fair spectacle.
FIFA and UEFA must take this step for justice - they cannot tolerate any longer such cases that occurred in our matches against Bayern or in the match between Barcelona and PSG clubs. It is unforgivable," Wenger said.
