AZ unexpectedly knocked Ajax out of the Dutch Cup

Amsterdam's "Ajax" has left the Netherlands Cup.

The Dutch flagship lost 0:2 to AZ Alkmaar on the road.

The AZ team, which is on an unbeaten streak, triumphed after goals from Mexxo Meerdink and Wouter Goossens.

There were plenty of interesting results in other stadiums:
