"Manchester United" had a sluggish start to the English "Premier" League season.

"The Red Devils" struggled to secure a victory against "Fulham" in the first round, but then faced defeats against "Brighton" and "Liverpool" teams.

Arriving in the Portugal national team, "Man Utd" captain Bruno Fernandes, speaking with DAZN, admitted that "United" will not be contending for the "Premier" League title this season.

"I fully understand that the current 'Man Utd' is not yet ready to fight for the 'Premier' League title.

Nonetheless, we have our goals. We want to compete for a place in the top four and earn a ticket to the Champions League.

We are not planning to stop, and our goal remains to fight for the 'Premier' League trophy in the future. I really want to win this championship," said B. Fernandes.
