Leverkusen's "Bayer" has announced great news for their team's fans - 24-year-old goalkeeper Bernd Leno has extended his contract until 2020.
One of the best "Bundesliga" goalkeepers is arguably the most important player in Leverkusen's team. Before B. Leno, Karim Bellarabi and Wendell also signed new contracts with "Bayer."
"Bernd is a dominant goalkeeper in the Bayer club, even though he is still quite young. Every year he gets stronger and is completely deserving to be called up to the German national team," - the team's coach Roger Schmidt had only good words to say about the goalkeeper.
B. Leno is a product of the "Stuttgart" club, but he joined "Bayer" back in 2011. In total, the Leverkusen team's goalkeeper has already played in more than 220 matches.
