"Manchester United" defender Bastian Schweinsteiger believes that his team is lacking a player who has a "killer instinct" in attack.
Over the weekend, the "Red Devils" struggled to perform against "West Ham" and recorded a goalless draw. The "Man Utd" team has failed to score in five out of their last nine matches.
"In every game we create opportunities, but we fail to convert them into goals," said the German. "When you can't take your chances, you have to be dissatisfied with yourself. That's the right attitude that true strikers have."
"Ronaldo, Messi or Muller - those are the players with such attitude. They always want to stand out and have enough quality to do so. We need a striker with a "killer instinct". Yes, there are a lot of high-class players in the team, but we need them in every match," added B. Schweinsteiger.
The strikers of the "Man Utd" team have only managed to score seven goals in this season's "Premier League" so far.
