"Barcelona" club has been struggling to complete the formalities of signing a new contract with Lionel Messi for some time now. The leaders of the Catalan team insist that everything regarding the new contract for L. Messi has been finalized, but the entire football community has yet to receive an official announcement. Nevertheless, no one doubts that one of the greatest footballers of all time will sign a new contract with "Barca." The "Daily Mail" claims that in order to ensure that L. Messi does not change his mind, the club will offer him an impressive bonus. According to their statement, "Barcelona" will pay almost 90 million euros for the signing of the contract to the Argentinian. This is almost the same amount that L. Messi would earn as his salary over two years. Signing the new contract would require L. Messi to remain at "Barça" at least until 2021.
