Madrid's "Atletico" continues to avoid paying 40 million euros to Barcelona for buying out Antoine Griezmann's contract. This avoidance is evident through the minutes played by the Frenchman, as the Madrid club always allows the forward onto the field only after the 60th minute, thus avoiding the buyout that would have to be paid after the season. French journalist Loic Tanzi of "L'Equipe" announces that Barcelona and Atletico are approaching a compromise. The buyout amount may be lowered to 25 million euros. By reducing the amount, Atletico could offer A. Griezmann more minutes on the field and buy out the long-time team player after the season, who still formally belongs to Barcelona. Recently, this situation has become comical, as the Frenchman would only appear on the field exactly from the 60th minute. Nevertheless, during the remaining minutes of the match, the forward would prove to be very useful.
