On Wednesday evening, another huge clash will take place in the UEFA Champions League.
In the penultimate matches of Group F, "Barcelona" and Dortmund's "Borussia" clubs will clash swords. The first meeting of these teams in Germany ended in a draw.
"Barcelona" is currently the leader of the tournament table, but in case of a defeat, they could face some problems, as in the last round they would face a match against Milan's "Inter" team, which would be crucial for continuing their journey in the tournament.
The intriguing clash between "Barcelona" and BVB players will begin at 22:00. Here are the most interesting facts about the match:
"Barcelona" is unbeaten at home in 34 consecutive Champions League matches – 30 wins and 4 draws.
In the last five Champions League home matches, the Catalans have won four games, in which they were leading 2-0 in at least one half.
"Barcelona" and "Borussia" have faced each other only twice in UEFA tournaments prior to this season – in the 1998 UEFA Super Cup battle, "Barca" triumphed in a two-game series with a score of 3-1.
Ernesto Valverde's team has been consistent in the Champions League this season, with two wins by a score of 2-1 and as many draws.
