London rejected a €30 million offer from the club for the security of Cesc Fabregas.
The 24-year-old footballer has been linked with a return to the Catalonia team for several years, where he began his career in the academy.
Earlier, "Barcelona" president Sandro Rosell stated that no more than €40 million would be offered for Fabregas, but "Arsenal" is demanding even more.
According to "The Telegraph," the first offer was significantly lower and "Arsenal" rejected it immediately.
