"Barcelona" overcame the "Leganes" barrier after a fierce battle

On Sunday evening, the last 20th round matches of the Spanish "La Liga" championship were played.

Firmly positioned in the leader's position, "Barcelona" hosted the "Leganes" team at home. Without Lionel Messi starting the match, the Catalans had some difficulties, but still managed to achieve victory.

In the 32nd minute, Ousmane Dembele put "Barcelona" ahead, later leaving the field due to a pulled hamstring.

In the second half, "Leganes" returned to the game, as Martin Braithwaite scored against the two strongest Spanish clubs' goal for the second time in a week.

"Leganes" held firm in defense, but in the 71st minute, "Barcelona" still managed to score. The visitors' goalkeeper initially repelled a powerful shot from Lionel Messi, but Luis Suarez was the first to reach the ball in the air and restored the lead for the hosts. However, this episode raised doubts about whether the same Uruguayan should have been flagged for a foul on the goalkeeper.

The goal was finally credited, and during added time, L. Messi also scored accurately.

"Barcelona" still maintains a 5-point advantage over "Atletico".
