In the near future, the first football academy will open outside Spain. It will open its doors in Surrey County, England, where it will directly compete with London's "Chelsea".
Spanish champions plan to train about 300 promising children, aged between 6 and 16 years old.
"We are not coming to compete with 'Chelsea'," said one of the academy coaches Xevi Marce. "We will start everything slowly, but we really want to create a team, train children. In the future, one or more of them may move to 'Chelsea', and that will not be a problem."
