"Barcelona" is ready to open their wallet for new signings next summer.
According to "Mundo Deportivo," "Barcelona" will try to strengthen the left-back position after the season, where Jordi Alba currently has no competition.
As mentioned in the publication, the main target of the Catalans next summer will be "Lyon" representative Ferland Mendy. The 23-year-old left-back is attracting interest from several famous European clubs, but "Barca" is determined to fight for him the most.
"Barcelona" also has other alternatives in mind. They are also interested in Filipe Luis from "Atletico" and "Real Betis" talent Junior Firpo.
This season, F. Mendy, who has played 31 games and scored three goals, is valued at around 40 million euros.
