On Wednesday, there was no shortage of action at the training session of Bayern Munich in Munich.
According to "Bild," the passion in the training reached such a level that the players "went to work." It is reported that the team's veterans - Jerome Boateng and Thomas Muller - confronted Leon Goretzka.
It is reported that L. Goretzka committed a fairly serious foul on J. Boateng, who did not even have the ball at the time. The defender, displeased with the behavior of his teammate, decided to react strongly - he grabbed L. Goretzka by the face. The men were ready to get into a fight, but they were stopped by Robert Lewandowski.
Soon after, L. Goretzka also received criticism from T. Muller, who was upset because the midfielder had asked for a penalty kick in a different incident. T. Muller wanted to talk and explain the situation, but the younger colleague just waved it off.
It is added that J. Boateng spoke to Hansi Flick about the incident, but he did not confront L. Goretzka further during the training session.
