The hosts took the lead right at the end of the first half, with Patrik Schick scoring. It's worth mentioning that before the goal, "Bayer" player Florian Wirtz missed a penalty kick.

In the 51st minute, Wirtz redeemed himself and doubled his team's advantage.

Just four minutes later, Vincenzo Grifo reduced the visitors' deficit.
