19-year-old Kai Havertz, who had an amazing season in Leverkusen's ranks at Bayer, has attracted serious interest from Bayern Munich, who are willing to pay 90 million euros for the attacking midfielder.
However, it seems that the German champions will have to look at other options, as Bayer are not willing to sell their most productive player from last season.
"Kai Havertz's transfer is impossible. Our club is not willing to discuss real or imaginary offers for this player," a Bayer club press representative told Goal.
The German's contract with Leverkusen team is valid until the summer of 2022.
Attacking midfielder Kai Havertz played 42 matches for Bayer last season, scoring 20 goals and providing 7 assists.
K. Havertz made his debut for the German national team last fall and has already played three matches.
