"Bayern" broke the Greek AEK nut in the second half

On Tuesday at 19:55, the first two matches of the third round group stage of the UEFA Champions League were played.

In Group E, Munich's "Bayern" aimed to secure their second victory. Niko Kovac's team did not have an easy time in Greece, but a good period in the second half secured a 2-0 victory against AEK Athens.

In the first half, the Bavarians had serious problems breaking through the opponent's defense. However, several successful attacks in the second half brought the desired result.

In the 61st minute, Javi Martinez scored a great goal to put "Bayern" ahead, and just two minutes later, Robert Lewandowski sealed the victory.

"Bayern" is currently in first place in their group with 7 points. AEK has not yet earned any points.

In the other match where "Young Boys" faced "Valencia" in Group H for their first victory, the winner was not determined - 1-1.

In the 26th minute, Mitchy Batshuayi scored for Valencia, but at the beginning of the second half, the hosts managed to equalize from the penalty spot.

"Valencia" now has two points, while it was the first point of the season for "Young Boys."
