On Saturday, the 17th round of matches took place in the German Bundesliga.
"Hannover" hosted the rarely losing Munich "Bayern" team at their stadium. Pep Guardiola's team did not make mistakes and immediately secured a minimal victory.
The Bavarians had many opportunities to score, but the only goal of the match came in the 40th minute. Thomas Muller, one of the team's most prolific players, scored from the penalty spot.
In other surprising matches, Dortmund's "Borussia" fell to the Cologne footballers. The "Yellow Blacks" took the lead after a goal in the 18th minute, but the hosts managed to score two goals at the end of the match and celebrated victory.
Leverkusen's "Bayer" celebrated victory with three points again, led by Javier Hernandez. The Mexican striker's goal in the 73rd minute secured the win against "Ingolstadt". This was the 11th goal by the striker in the German league.
Other matches ended with victories for Augsburg, Stuttgart, and Eintracht Frankfurt.
