The 24th round of matches in the German "Bundesliga" championship.
"Hannover" grappled with the country's champions, Munich's "Bayern" footballers in front of their own fans. The Bavarians defeated the hosts with a score of 1-3.
"Hannover" took the lead first, but already in the 28th minute, after a goal by Xabi Alonso, the score was level. Later, Thomas Muller took the initiative, and his double allowed the "Bayern" team to celebrate a convincing victory.
In other matches, Dortmund's "Borussia" met with "Hamburger". Jurgen Klopp's disciples had more opportunities, but the match ended goalless and the "yellow-blacks" lost points after four consecutive wins.
The "Wolfsburg" club lost important points in the battle for first place, narrowly losing to "Augsburg" on the road. After the defeat, the gap from the first-placed "Bayern" increased to 11 points.
Other matches also ended in victories, celebrated by the players of Gelzenkirchen's "Schalke" and Bremen's "Werder".
