At Saturday's Bundesliga match, "Bayern" crushed "Mainz" footballers with a score of 6:2 at home.
The Bavarians had control in their hands from the first minutes, as evidenced by the goal scored by Serge Gnabry in the 5th minute of the match.
"Bayern" added two more goals in the first half. In the 28th minute, Jamal Musiala sent the ball into the goal from the penalty area, and in the 43rd minute, Sadio Mane corrected his missed penalty with a second shot.
"Mainz" reduced the gap by scoring a goal in the final seconds of the first half added time. Silvan Widmer scored with a header from a corner kick.
However, "Bayern" added three more goals in the second half, to which "Mainz" responded with a single accurate attempt.
In the ranks of the Munich team, goals were scored by Leon Goretzka in the 58th, 79th, and 86th minutes, Mathys Telas, and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting. Meanwhile, Marcus Ingvartsen scored a goal for "Mainz" in the 82nd minute.
After these matches, "Bayern" temporarily holds the first position in the standings, two points ahead of "Union" footballers who have played one less game.
