"Bayern" - Fourth Consecutive German Champion (VIDEO)

On Saturday, all nine matches of the penultimate 33rd round of the German "Bundesliga" were played. After them, the title for the fourth year in a row was secured by the Munich "Bayern" club.

The "Bayern" team played away against "Ingolstadt". Pep Guardiola's players would have been satisfied with a draw, but the Bavarians, who had withdrawn from the UEFA Champions League, celebrated a victory with a score of 1-2 and rejoiced in another German champions title.

The victory was determined by Robert Lewandowski's goals in the first half. In the 15th minute, the Polish player put the visitors ahead from the penalty spot, and he scored the second goal after half an hour. In the 42nd minute, "Ingolstadt" also managed to score from the penalty spot, but the hosts could not save themselves from defeat.

For the past four years, "Bayern" has no equals in Germany and they have been lifting the champions title. This is the 26th "Bundesliga" title for the Munich club.

As it later turned out, even in case of a defeat, the "Bayern" team would have secured the title. Dortmund's "Borussia" suffered a defeat away against Frankfurt's "Eintracht".

"Bayern", "Borussia", and Leverkusen's "Bayer" have already secured a spot in the UEFA Champions League. "Gladbach" remains in fourth place and has a three-point advantage over the closest three pursuers.
