The leader of the Munich "Bayern" club, Franck Ribery, is convinced that the "Bundesliga" championships are the most powerful in the world.
The Frenchman believes that the recent achievements of German clubs in Europe allow the country's championship to be considered dominant.
Last season, two "Bundesliga" teams - "Bayern" and "Borussia" - met in the UEFA Champions League final, and this season, four teams from this country reached the quarterfinals.
"The German championship is rapidly improving in recent years. The "Bundesliga" is one of the best leagues in the world, maybe even the best," said the contender for the "Golden Ball".
"Look at Eintracht Frankfurt's victories against Bordeaux. And this is just a team occupying the 16th place in Germany," he added.
"This only shows that the "Bundesliga" is very strong compared to other championships. The German league is currently dominating Europe," Ribery affirmed.
"Bundesliga" currently ranks third in the UEFA rankings after the English "Premier" League and the Spanish "La Liga."
